A bit about me.

My heart is pushing into a reality that I can not see. I long to spend my life reaching to grasp spiritual truth and depth; hidden only in the beauty of Christ. In a book I read, the author said every person’s inner man can be placed in one of three categories: bored, addicted or hungry. I want to live hungry and thirsty for things eternal. Jesus is coming back very soon and I plan on spending my life preparing the way through prayer and a life dedicated to meekness (easy to write, so hard to accomplish). Living to become one with God is the only idea that has ever truly made sense to me. He was looking for a family and we are the ones He chose. He loves us with a totality that we will never comprehend, but life is the journey of trying to “get it” deep down on the inside.
My days are spent as an intercessory missionary at the International House of Prayer-KC. I also work as an editor for their publishing company; Forerunner Media Group. As of late I have not blogged much, but I hope you enjoy my entries thus far. Please leave a comment, if you’d like, so I can get to know you too.

Hi Stephanie!
I have no idea if you remember me or not, but I was reading your journal back at the beginning of the year and I left you several comments.
I’ve since moved out to IHOP (about 10 days ago) and saw you at the all staff meeting and once or twice in the prayer room and thought I’d say ‘hi’ on here.
I hope you’re doing well! And even though we don’t really know each other, next time I see you in passing, I’ll try to say ‘hello!’.

My name is Jessica and I came across your blog through Sean Blanc’s blog. I live in Washington State… A long way from Missouri I know. Hey lady! I was just thinking about you today! No reason, you just popped into my head and I wanted to read something of yours. So I came to your blog! I thought you blogged more often than this?!?!? Get with it GIRL!!!! Let’s hear the goods stored up in that heart of yours! I know you mentioned that blogging is more about processing for you than expressing, but you’ve got to much good stuff inside of you and too amazing writing skilz to not write! So I expect to see some more blogs!!!!
